KYS Animation Center second batch students had their first knowledge of the stories and histories from Sabah. Datuk Hj Light Nanis, the President of Malaysian Historical Society Sabah Branch did a story telling session on Tuesday, March 2,2010.The students just loved the story of the local Romeo and Juliet that originated from Tapadong, Ulu Sungei Segama where both lovers died just because of a joke and blowpipe.
They had wanted to hear more and wanted to be brought to some of the historical sites and location of where the stories came from. Subsequent session would touch on other interesting topics from Sabah.
